Investigating the Role of Organizational Support in Enhancing Work-Life Balance: A Cross-Sectional Analysis Among Female Dentists in Urban Clinics

ABSTRACT
Background: Achieving work-life balance is crucial for well-being and productivity of professionals, particularly in demanding fields such as dentistry. Organizational support plays a significant role in facilitating work-life balance among employees. This study examines effect of organizational support on work-life balance among female dentists practicing in urban clinics.
Aim: The aim of this cross-sectional analysis is to explore association among organizational support and work-life balance among female dentists in urban clinic settings.
Methods: A structured questionnaire survey was led amongst female dentists practicing in various urban clinics. The questionnaire included standardized scales to measure organizational support and work-life balance. Statistical methods, such as regression analysis, were employed to examine the relationship between organizational support and work-life balance.
Results: The results indicate very fruitful connection among organizational support and work-life balance among female dentists in urban clinics. Higher levels of organizational support were significantly correlated with better work-life balance scores. Specific aspects of organizational support, such as flexible working hours, supportive organizational policies, and access to resources, emerged as key contributors to enhancing work-life balance.
Conclusion: This study underscores significance of organizational support in promoting work-life balance among female dentists in urban clinic settings. Findings suggest that implementing supportive policies and practices within dental organizations can positively impact the work-life balance of female dentists, leading to enhanced job satisfaction and overall well-being.
